Engagement sessions are often the first time we formally meet. It is a great way to get to know each other and really talk about your wedding day and all the things you dream it to be. Its a perfect chance to get to know my style and see if I suit your vibe. It makes a huge difference working with somebody you enjoy!

There are simply shots on your wedding day that I wont be able to capture. My second shooter is trained and aware of everything going on behind me and around us. They are also capturing a different angle to me which gives you lots of variety on the day. They specifically photograph the emotion of your guests, encourage couples, families and groups to get photos together. We bounce off each other on the day which keeps you laughing and connected, we are often told that we really made the day fun because we are being a great team!

Reception photos can either be lengthy and full of emotion or they can be short and sweet. Sometimes you only need decorations photographed and dont need the speeches photographed or dances photographed. When we are there for the full day we dont leave until you leave, which can be 5+ hours after the reception starts. So if you simply dont think you are going to have a huge party at the reception and would rather just have the decorations documented, the hour into reception is perfect. We can even do a mock dance and squeeze in the cake cut.

I have spent countless time and money investing in a calibration to assure my editing on your photos print perfectly from my pro lab. The same photos can be printed elsewhere but there is no guarantee they will look as they should or last the same time. I have seen first hand how a professionally made framed print and matted print can last for generations.
