Engagement Session

Engagement sessions are often the first time we formally meet. It is a great way to get to know each other and really talk about your wedding day and all the things you dream it to be. Its a perfect chance to get to know my style and see if I suit your vibe. It makes a huge difference working with somebody you enjoy!

Two Photographers

There are simply shots on your wedding day that I wont be able to capture. My second shooter is trained and aware of everything going on behind me and around us. They are also capturing a different angle to me which gives you lots of variety on the day. They specifically photograph the emotion of your guests, encourage couples, families and groups to get photos together. We bounce off each other on the day which keeps you laughing and connected, we are often told that we really made the day fun.

Full day or hour into reception?

Reception photos can either be lengthy and full of emotion or they can be short and sweet. Sometimes you only need decorations photographed and dont need the speeches photographed or dances photographed. When we are there for the full day we dont leave until you leave, which can be 5+ hours after the reception starts. So if you simply dont think you are going to have a huge party at the reception and would rather just have the decorations documented, the hour into reception is perfect. We can even do a mock dance and squeeze in the cake cut.

Products

I have spent countless time and money investing in a calibration to assure my editing on your photos print perfectly from my pro lab. The same photos can be printed elsewhere but there is no guarantee they will look as they should or last the same time. I have seen first hand how a professionally made framed print and matted print can last for generations. Not to mention how faulty technology can be, everybody has heard the horror stories of USBs or hard drives being lost, broken or destroyed. I take pride in the companies I have chosen to provide long lasting products, that are also covered by warranty. Anybody can go to office works, and print their photos, buy canvases and framed / mounted prints. Purchasing product through a professional ensures you’re not only investing in photography but also printing with quality through somebody who is taking into consideration the longevity of the product. As well as guaranteeing a replacement service for anything damaged overtime.

Lily-Fern

Anybody can do a course in photography and buy the top of the range camera and take decent photos. However a true professional has years of experience under their belt. I frequently invests in gear and accessories to ensure the end product is perfect. Each image is hand edited to my discretion. Ensuring that these image will still look fantastic in years to come as styles change. Taking care that skin tones and outfits so they are true to colour. I have an easy going, fun personality which has always been a valued trait as a photographer. I genuinely love people and capturing their love towards each other.

I meet regularly with my couples and even offer my time at all the events leading up to your big day, such as engagement parties, hens and bucks nights and can come the day before to the rehearsal.
